So I’m in bed trying to fall asleep when my husband decides to share this ridiculous tidbit:
Back in the day, he used to work at a major retail company. One day, while he was helping a customer, he noticed the lady had two girls with her (approx. ages: 11 & 8). The older girl was picking on her sister, and decided it would be a great idea to put one of those nylon socks (provided by stores so you can try on sandals/heels without socks) over her head. The little girl then started squirming and freaking out while her sister kept trying to force this tiny ass nylon sock onto her large head. The mother gave them the hissed “STOP IT” and eventually this evolved into “accidental” slapping between the siblings.
I cannot get the image of this kid trying to put a nylon sock on her sister’s head.
Hahahahahaha bogus.
Just a few weeks ago, Hindus around the world celebrated the festival of colors, known as Holi. Participants of all ages throw brilliantly colored powders to welcome the coming of springtime.
The Atlantic rounded up a gorgeous set of photos of Holi festivals from across the country of India.
